When one selects a tool from the tool bar (for example, the 3D solid primitive) a sub menu slides out showing the sub-tools for that tool. Normally, dragging the mouse along the strip highlights each sub-tool along the way. Releasing the mouse then activates the highlighted sub-tool. This no longer works for me. The sub-tools do not highlight. I have to drag the mouse until the sub-menu tears off. I can then select the sub-tool from the torn-off menu strip.

Re-installing ViaCAD did not help.
