Top secret stuff going on, I guess.
I don't know what's going on internally but I can tell you, trying to get information from punch is worse then pulling teeth. I've sent emails enquiring about upgrade paths from vcad pro to shark Lt and from an older shark Lt to the new ver 8, I've also asked why there isn't an upgrade path for Shark Lt on the web site like there is for the other products, this would allow us to use the spam coupons in our emailbox on upgrades. I haven™t received a response, I've sent the email several times.
so perhaps they™re happy with the amount of sales they have and don't need anymore, or perhaps they feel bad for the competition and would like to see us try them out?
Just wondering.

Tim and the team have their head down working towards future releases - nothing to be concerned about. Those who have been around for a while know that there are times of the release cycle when the team need to focus internally to crack various issues.
