Since Velum Solid or CU, for some reason :
-->Black is dark grey
-->White is light grey...
On a Mac,
--> the second pencil on the left (lead) makes a better displayed black
--> the second pencil on the right (mercury) makes a better displayed white

Thanks jlm,
I'm on Windows, the thing that I don't understand is that a
line can display as Black, and an object can't.

The colors on solids are different then on lines. The solids black or white are alot different then lines. I always wondered why this appears this way?

Hi,
black is no problem.Deep black you can do via Color--->MORE...

Select a color that RGB values are greater than 0, 0, 0. For example 20, 20, 20.

Thank you very much digitalphaser,
Is there any chance of helping with the color White.
Thanks,
Larry

White is the same. If you change the reserved Punch white 255, 255, 255 to 253,253,253, you will get a color similar to white. The 3D object can not be absolute white. White is the reflection of the light source.
