What is the most simple way to invert/flip a text string? -The text is placed at the bottom of my 3D drawing, and must be able to read. Therefore it must be reversed. -I miss a option box at the text properties to flip it.

Its not easy i can't get it working? A simple task to mirror a string, but wont work?
VCP -1332. I think it is a program problem bug? Because the text have a strange behavior.
*If I just enter the text, convert to solid, and then mirror the solid all is working! But not on the text itself?
Anyone please do a fast test...

The text survives and is associative to the copied solid volume, that looks like the text.
If you want to dissociate them, tag both by pulling over the mouse and go to menue EDIT > Remove Links.
The solid will be stand alone now and can be managed how ever you want to do.
Is this what you are looking for?

Nop, not just like. Please try what i explain in my first post. Just some simple text, then flip it, so it fit the back side. Please read the first post. I have used hours on mirror the simple text and it only work if using the gribber.

That needs twice-time rotating, but using the gripper is easier, I think.
It seems that a simple text is not an available object for mirroring.

Yes i have tasted all possible ways. One or two times it flip/mirror, but i can't reproduce it! My only way to flip/mirror it is to use the gribber and start a rotate, then fill 180 degree in..... Why are one of you not trying to make a text string and mirror it. (It may look right from the bottom - Mirror not just upside down!)

1. Select New drawing.
2. Draw a Polygon (just to have a element around the text)
3. Put some Horisontal Text inside
4. Select Rotate tools (180 degree in X)
5. ***Now it look like nothing is done, but try to use the Dyn-Rotate, then it show correct.
6. ***Now do a ALT+3 (top view) then it show NO mirror.
7. **Then try rotate a little then it mirror.
???

We need to look at adding an option for mirror text that allows it to flip the direction of text, similar to MIRRText variable in AutoCAD. Tim

Have you tried making the Control Points Visible, it seems to make
text easier to edit, by selecting the Control Point.
