Morning all,

Just made myself a startup.dat file with some nice planes in and axis. Mainly because no matter how many times I set it to show the work plane it never does, always resets to no show.

However when I try and start ViaCAD with this it crashes instantly. Any help would be great.

Thanks

UG

If you remove the geometry added in the file does it open.

I've just took various items out of the file and it still crashes. So I created a new file with just some planes in it, didn't colour them and it worked fine. Trying other things now, slowly rebuilding that file to test it out

looks like you put any sort of geometry in the file other than a line or plane and it doesn't like it.
