Hi All,
ref viacad v10
I am having problems trying to work out how to move a hole which I created using the hole feature tool
As a test, I made a 100 x 100 x 10 plate and put a 10mm hole randomly on the top surface plate (using hole feature tool)
The issue I have is how do I move the hole if I select the hole and try moving with the gripper, the hole seems to scales
another difference to the video is my gripper is not on the part I am trying to move but in the middle of the plate
this is the video I am trying to follow
https://www.youtube.com/...gSM&feature=youtu.be thanks Andrew

Hi, You would need to select the hole, show the 'concept explorer' and right click the feature in the history and select 'move feature' this will then allow you to move it. Or as you put the hole down, hold down ctrl button and you'll get a centre point, which makes it easier to move.

Thanks for the info, works OK now strange that pressing the "ctrl" wouldn't be the default? andrew
