Unable to correctly add solids

For some unknown reason I keep getting a faulty solid addition, look at test.jpg. When I add to two objects present inside the test.vcp I shoul not getting those two lines inside my solid but for some reason there is always a very small misalignment which causes the adding to fail. Even when i'm snapping to the end points i'm getting correct/same coordinates.
So inside my test.vcp are two solids which should become one, like in the succes.jpg example (Yes it succeeded once but need it both sides). I already redrew this part over and over again but I keep getting a misalignment.
Am I doing something wrong, is there a snap point misalignment which is causing to corrupt some coordinates while drawing the second part, or is there a fault inside the add solids. Is there maybe a way to correct the faulty added solid (Just remove those wrong lines).
I'm in with this problem for hours and i'm starting to get frustrated :( Hopefully someone can help me out.

There were multiple parts. It looks like it was a solid to begin with.
I deleted some groups, and 2 parts, and what was left is a solid.

Thanks for your quick reply. If i'm not mistaken there are two solids, one polygon and two 2D groups. The questions where about the two solids. When I add them together with the add solid function, they are in fact sticking together but both top surfaces of the two solids don't merge together like they should do.
Can you explain a bit what you did? Maybe look with the hidden line view if the two surfaces are really merged together?
I've added an added.vcp where I added those two solids together, maybe you can see what's going on and why the two surface aren't merged?

Don't exactly know what you are trying to do, but there is
already 2 solids to work with. Delete the one solid and the polygon groups
and copy the good solid if you need more than one.

The two solids are those I want to add together in one solid but after adding the top surface should be one continues surface (like I shaded a bit with the blue lines) not two. See example below where I extended the top a bit. This is how the beginning of the bent should look like, not with a line in it separating the top surface.

I've tried some more today and it seems that when i'm re-creating the part inside a new document that i don't have any problems :( When I zoom in to a maximum level it seems that the vertices of the part that I want to add to the base part, is misaligned like a few nanometer. Is there a way to enter new coordinates to a vertices, like click them with a special function and enter new 3D coordinates?

I split the solid, and moved the end piece in .0005",
and then added them. There was a slight gap.
Hope this is what you wanted.

That's about what I wanted, it should get one solid without any interruption as an other program will calculate bends and sizes from this. It will fail if the solid is broken in two because of those little gapt.
I viewed a lot of movies about ViaCad Pro and I also figured it out on how to correct this misalignment problem.
The thing i'm still wondering why there is a gap in the first place as I always use snap point and workplanes to prevent such wrong vertices coordinates. Why isn't there an option that round-off all of the coordinates to a specific resolution. Say for in my example to 0.01mm which is more then enough for this design.
