Simple question. What is responsible for the direction of bending a solid?
See picture below, how can I make the program bend coming from the red or blue side?

I don't really know a way that bending is easy. I usually bend on a central axis.
Make sheet metal parts separate, and then join them together, after rotating and or trimming.

I believe long ago it was whether you pick two points from left to right or right to left to determine the direction. Now you have to use a negative value on the bend value to bend downwards such as -90 for instance.
I misread your question. You want to bend the right portion versus the left portion. For that, you select two points across where you want to bend. If you select on the top surface across two point it does the left portion but if you select in reverse the two points it does the right portion. I suppose that is your axis of rotation. You can do that to the bottom surface too which, bends in the opposite direction.

Thank you for your reply. With your answer i figured it out but it wasn't selecting the bend line in reverse. It seems if you use two points on the top it bend the left portion and if you select two points on the bottom it bend to right portion. Selecting the direction of the two points didn't do much. As you are saying when bending the right part, a negative bend value should be entered.
It would have been nice if the location of the surface selection in respect to the two points selected, would select the part that has to bend. Maybe something they can add in the future?!?!?
