Hi,
The major ACIS bug with "Precise curves" has been solved.
Still there is another one...
To repeat :
- Make a solid cylinder.
- Model to sheet the cylinder
- See all the missing lines (the bottom right view is empty).
- Picture 1
On picture 2 see the result with a real model.
The workaround is to use polylines, but then the dimensions are all slightly wrong - and sometimes TOTALLY wrong : ie a radius 1mm is displayed 0.6mm when I recreate an arc on the polyline.
Regards,
JL

Merci. Antoine

I am not seeing this repeat here? Can you post your file with the cylinder?
Regards
Jason

Hello Jason,
I'm doing exactly the same cylinder as you do and it's not correct on my views.
It must be a bug on the Mac version.
Lets try the new WIP uploaded today...
Thanks for trying,
JL

Hi,
Both issues mentioned here (simple cylinder and complex screw cap) are solved in WIP11 !
There are still some cases of bad display.
Please see attached file where only 3 spheres out of four are displayed in the views...

No answer ?
This is just an example with a simple model.
With a complex model it can be much worse and it is sometimes impossible to use "precise curves".
