Isometric view - partially visible object view

Hello,
I'm running Viacad Pro 10, build 1359; on Windows 10.
I'm encountering a serious issue when displaying an object in isometric perspective.
See below screenshot.
The problem gradually disappears when changing the perspective by mouse.
I played around with view properties/focal length, but that does not change anything. Oddly enough, when flipping the view 180 degrees, the object will display completely.
I searched online and in the program in each setting possible, but I cannot find a solution.
Am I missing something and is it a matter of changing a setting or is it a bug?
Many thanks in advance,
Koen

Hi Jason,
Sorry it took a bit longer to get back to you.
I found the issue, but I do not know how to solve it.
Basically: in isometric view, everything that is positioned in the test drawing below Y= -230 cm (under the red line) doesn't get displayed. No issues in top view.
I also attached the file so you can have a look.

I experimented a bit more, it is definitely an issue in the isometric (and trimetric) view for all lines/points that are under Y=-300.

Same here. I opened the Drawing issue file and it opened okay. It might be related to your graphics card. Once a year, I clean my system internally to avoid low performance. The card collects dust like hell and I break down my machine and vacuum and pressure blow the fans. You won't believe how much dust it can collect within a few months. Also, it can be a fire hazard.

Thanks for the advice ... I'm running this on a laptop :-) Speaking of which... I tried running the program on the integrated graphic core (Intel 620) and on the additional graphic "card": Nvidia Geforce MX150. No difference. Did you open the drawing in Viacad or in Shark?

I opened them in both and both are okay. I've noticed you are in 1359. I believe there's a build 1371 that you should upgrade to. Maybe that will fix your issue.

I also have this issue on my end with MacOS 11.2.3. Viacad 12 but had this also with v11. No idea how to solve this and also it happens with very big objects only.
I am having this issue with my laptop video card and with Radeon Vega 56 eGPU, so I do not think it is related to one card only.

I do not know if you found a solution but on Apple computer if you delete the file "com.encore.viacad12esd" from the ~/Library/Application Support/ you will get your rendering back to normal. The downside is that the issue will show again at some point and also all your shortcut keys and preferences will be lost.
