I recently upgraded to Shark Pro 10. On a Mac, os 10.12.6, with dual monitors. Used to be, I could open a bunch of tool palettes on 'the other monitor', and they would be in the same spot the next time I opened the program (SharkFX9). Now, they all open on the 'main' monitor, and I have to move them over to the other one on every software start-up. Any ideas as to how I might be able to make them stay put from day to day? Some pref to dump or modify or something? thanks. -dennis

If you position them, and then go into preferences, there is an option to save tool pallette position, try that and see what happens :-)

That was already checked. I 'apply' ed it, 'now' ed it, and no change with either or both. They all jump back to an (open) pile on one monitor after quitting and reopening. I go to SFX 9, they all stay where ever I left them.

In ~/Library/Application Support/com.encore.sharkFX9 there will be a Prefs.ini file. Move that into the sharkFX10 folder and restart Shark

Nope. Prefs replacement Didn't work. Remembers the open windows, they just won't stay on the 2nd monitor. I removed everything I could find Shark related, and reinstalled to no avail. It's a small inconvenience. There are other issues that are way more inconvenient. They all add up though, don't they? thanks for the suggestions.

Hi Dennis,
I mentioned that years ago.
Working one time with dual monitor or just using a video projector creates a big mess when back on my laptop monitor.
Other softwares are just getting original palettes position.
Something wrong here.
