Just so others are aware (at least here in the forum)
If you upgrade your software, you NEED to purchase the power pack AS WELL.

Its not posted on the upgrade page, and its an extra $200 to your upgrade cost.

It is starting to sound like ViaCad Pro 10 with Powerpack may be my last version, I had been considering upgrading to Powerpack Pro, but now it sounds like that option is no more. Hopefully there is a misunderstanding or change of direction in the future.

Nope, no misunderstanding. I made the purchase upgrade from v10 w/pp. installed v11, then tried to install the PP. no go.
Contacted support, and they indeed confirmed I would need to purchase the PP again for v11 at another $200.
I then made the request for refund.

Sad really. Even with the quirks of the software, its still my goto for all my little design works.
I'll be sticking with v10 pro w/pp unless something changes...

Not only that v11 (non-pro version has been gutted) you only get a complete tool set with the more expensive PRO version ... v10 is my last i guess

Interestingly enough, the PP product on punchcad.com site is currently a 404 err.

Not nice. just have to use the old version unless you need the new features of the PP. It does sound discouraging as to the direction the company is going.
