It was done a couple of years ago, but we had to wait a bit for confidentiality reasons.
This product is now available on the market...
The engraving detail was a bit difficult to set for the Zamak die-casting tool.

It took us a few weeks because we made many improvements / modifications from the first 3D sketch to the final file used to produce the mold.
Shark is used as a technical design workshop to create & increment every aspect :
- size to fit an existing bottle
- curved shape of the top part
- engraved pattern
- die casting mold constraints, draft, definition...
Now, if we had to re-build this part as it is finalized, it would take only 2 to 3 hours :-)
