Hey everyone

I thought I'd give the whole blogging-internet-thing a try and created my first website/blog. I try to fill it stuff like pictures and renderings, but also tutorials, reviews etc.

I've just uploaded a tutorial of how to customize your user interface in viacad.I hope you like it.

the site is called cadnstuff.net

Feel free to comment.

Have nice day,
David

Thanks David,
I use Simlab Composer for simulation, did not know
about the rendering. Thanks for the Tips.
Your work looks great.

Good stuff!
I also used Simlab before. Not a bad render for architecture. But for products, it’s pretty hard to achieve realism. Unfortunately, the developers went towards VR.

Thanks,

There are a few reasons I use Simlab. It is easy to use, it does a bit of everything and is cheaper than other renderers. Beside that, it's also CAD friendly (step-import, etc)
I'm currently thinking about giving Blender a try. I heard lots of good things about its render engine.

Good evening everybody

I just added a (short) tutorial about ViaCAD Shortcuts, as well as some pictures in the gallery.
