Is the Help -> Current Version function supposed to work? Ever since I started using Via/Shark (several years ago) I've never had it tell me that a new version is available. I'm currently running a WIP build (1624 on Mac) if that makes a difference, although I haven't seen any updates from mainline builds either.

With this feature, you will not receive the work-in-progress (WIP) builds, as they may not be stable enough due to insufficient testing.

Understood, but I've never seen it report
any updated version available, not even stable releases. Does it work for anybody else?

Same here... I have never seen any updates via the program menu. But at least I find that the WIP builds are stable and normally works good (at least on Windows). Currently I run SharkCad Pro build 1628 (WIP) on windows 10 and it runs excellent :-)
