We are on Version 15 of ViaCAD and can we seriously still not convert a complex mesh to solid? Eleven years and five new versions yet nothing has changed for converting to solid? Please tell me I don't have to continue exporting my files to TinkerCAD to perform tasks not possible in ViaCAD.

It might not handle as high facet numbers as TinkerCAD, but you can add and subtract mesh objects for protrusions and cutouts, CAD-wise, although no concept explorer/feature/history tree, and not the same sophistication for remeshing as analytic or NURBs CAD solids - then again, nor does TinkerCAD.
