When doing a simple hole to a depth is there any other way to get the drill point besides going to the object properties.

It would be nice to have the drill point option at the top with the other hole data, so you can select when you create.

What about being able to pick multiple locations so that if you pick 20 locations the holes show up as 1 in the object properties box and therefore only have to edit 1.

But, what if later because of element modeling or analysis it is decided to vary the size of symmetrical or assymetrical drill holes. If they are all one item in a parts tree, then geometry would have to be removed, changed, or added.

I would presume that some sort of database (a future feature) such as SQLite or whatever Tim can license inexpensively embed into ViaCAD and Shark would relationally handle the parts nesting/grouping so that one could pick affected parts and just resize/constrain them individually or pairs or according to hand-selected locations. This might have positive impacts on presentation and manipulation of parts.

Just some presumptions on my part...
