That would be great . I will discuss using Skype to receive assistant with my employer. I have used Auto desk, Inventor and some Solid works soft ware. I am the only drafter here and I am finding Via CAD Pro's 3D software difficult. For one thing- I make a hole say 3 in. in depth and then want to add another hole at the top ( sharing the same center) but with a bit bigger dia. and with a countersink . I am not thus far able to do this. As well as have a layered countersink holes .Two sharing the same hole but at different depths and diameters. As soon as I am able to arrange for Skype with my employer I will let you know. Thanks Again. ( Merci)

Jol told me a long time back that switching from one CAD app to another is always problematical. He was right, because with each application you always have to adhere to certain sketching rules. When I first used ViaCAD, it confused the living daylights out of me, but now I find it easier (but not necessarily quicker) to use, especially when doing complex surfacing, than Solidworks.

It's a good idea to remember that the C key is your friend as it sets the plane you are about to sketch on. Whether that be x, y or z or the current angle you're viewing from.
