Rank: Junior Member Joined: 3/12/2007(UTC) Posts: 13		I bought Concepts2D Friday 30th March with the web download to have it fast and use it during the weekend, but the temporary serial number and authorization that Punch sent to me are expired Jan 15th 2007 and I can activate it only in demo mode..... "We will email you your permanent serial number within 24 hours." quoted from Punch email: still waiting, but at least provide a working temporary SN before the weekend! GP

GP Giulio, I private emailed you another serial number until tech support mails you the permant serial number. I also updated the web guys to use the newer serial number.

Also, the "lock" on my Firefox browser looked always open during the buying process and seems like the website is not secure for payments! I used the 10% off coupon but the bill amount is the full one: are few bucks but if I received an email with a 10% off I assumed to have it... Thanks GP
