Is it possible to Bend with Angle 90?

e.g Rectangle 1 mm and I wish to bend it but always get smooth radius :(
Any advice- please see imagine:

Do you mean you want an internal corner with no radius, or an external corner? Not with the bend tool, it's not doable in reality either. You can perform the bend and delete the blend faces.

I try to find solution for more advance project then this bellow:
(I know how to draw it in different way, but you get metal sheet with a lot of holes etc and just wish to ad to this solid some bend with 90 angle fold)

Yes, with Extend Bend and Radius 0.0001 and Angle 90 I get quite good solution for one fold.

If we could make Bend for all (4) edges from block would be great, but I doubt in it

Or maybe there is also soultion for it.
