What is to happen with the all the old CSI forum data? Is it going to be added into the Punch forum? There is a lot of helpful info within the old forum that I would hate to lose. It is nice to be able to go back a search for answers to questions that have already been asked.

Probably not. However, I did take some of the content for the new knowledge base data system Punch is implementing for Concepts. The new online help system has the ability to search through a data base of frequently asked questions. I've got 120+ questions/tips/tricks in the intial data base which will be added to by the new phone tech support system being implemented.

This is a personal thing, but I really don't like the phrase "Tips & Tricks", how about something a little more refined such as Advice & Techniques. I know that Tips & Tricks is fairly standard, but it always seems like one has to fool the Application to make it do something. Maybe, I am just being too particular, I don't know... good night.
