There is a rarely mentioned dark secret of cuttn-out-machines (trumph, Amanda, controlled...) that there is a max radius allowed in the g-code. you can find the settings in software to temporary jack the max up (and loosen tolerance and other risk), but even this has a max less than sometimes wanted.
I use the convert to arc tool a lot - and it rocks about 98.3 percent of the time. polylines slow cutting down and give less desirable edge surface. usually when I get an arc warning on a machine, or sub, I can see it quick in a drawing, but bossman wife's side hustle is garden art animals, and I am the one to vector, and code, and cut her work out. I have an endangered tiger file with 4000+ arcs in it and I know 2 are over R 99' 99" 15/16 , this tiger is about to become extinct if I can not find my flat arcs. I am using plasma for this, and am cutting close to edge thickness, thus can not simply use polyline.
I guess it has been long night at work, rambling on, and all I want is to know how to selectmask arcs with R> some value. If it helps I can convert to solid/surface since I have maintained no open cuts.
thanks for your time.

Select all curves differentiates arcs from lines, then turn verify|curvature display on. The shortest comb indicates the largest radius/diameter. so adjusting the scale of the indicator with verify|curvature settings might help you find them visually.
