Title says it all. Solidworks SAT file imported into SharkFX v7, additional modeling and organizing objects with layers. Exported to OBJ, imported into Modo 701, textured and rendered out.

looks great. have you exported Shark to Solidworks? if you have which format works best for you?

No, I've never had to go the Shark to Solidworks route. Always the other way.

We do a lot of Shark to Solid works here, sat is fast and best way, just make shure to check the geometry of the solids before exporting, STEP is good also and have the advantage that retain parts names, SAT is good because if you need to make a change to the part it can be done in shark and then actualize the assembly file on solid works with the fixed one sat. when exporting to sat for solid works, check the export separate parts option, this way you have directory with all the parts you need to assembly on solid works.
