Hi relaxibus
That was a little tricky one because the lines were under x degree but this is how:
1) draw a line under x degree
2) draw a circle ore whatever perpendicular with the line and extrude it
3) draw a line to duplicate around
4) use snap "workplane on"
5) put the workplane perpendicular to this line
6) now you can use the polar duplicate by this line
