Hello Reb ViaCAD V10 was designed for macOS 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, and 10.11. I did fire up a copy on my macOS 10.14.6 backup machine and it worked. However, I don't have a macOS 10.15 to test. ViaCAD Mac is sensitive to major OS changes from Apple. Tim

Mac OS Sonoma has been a disaster since its release.

Apart from external display switching default window sizing and menu bar placements with tool palette selection issues using a MacBook Pro M1 in un-docked, vs opened or closed mode, macOS Sonoma and Rosetta2 integration with SharkCAD Pro has been OK for me. However, it's hard to know who's at fault, put I've found solutions that eventually allowed me to use the software unabated... yes there are bugs in the software, that do annoy and frustrate, but it's hardly a disaster. :)
I've no ideas what PunchCAD numbers or resources are vs platforms and OS adoption rates, but if nobody on the dev team has a macOS Sonoma equipped device, then that would explain why those questions aren't answered.
