Hi Tim

I am trying to do a simple animation movie of walk around (fly by) an object that I have designed.

I drew an eliptical path around the object, select the fly by icon, slect the path and select a point on the object. I click OK for the ensuing menus to save the movie. A preview window pops up and shows some images of the movie being rendered. But at the end of it, the movie file is no where to be found. It is completely NOT saved.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Jol

Thanks for trying. I tried it with several different files but still can't get the Fly-By Animation to save. I can only save a clip using Object VR.

Best regards
Alex

Come on guys - can we please have somebody with a PC check this function for Alexander !!

It appears to work fine on the mac

In the meantime Alexander - can you try it just with a cube .. perhaps then we can see if it's related to your geometry

Hi Guys

Thanks for trying.

I tried again today, and I found that if I saved the file on the Desktop, instead of a specific work folder, the animation saves! So maybe it is something to do with Shark on Mac. My folder is not locked (I've checked).

By the way, how do I get any Shark builds higher than 750? When I check for the latest version, it always tells me that I already have the latest in 750.

Thanks again.

Best regards
Alex
