Hello Tim,

There is a bug with the option to maintain vertical (match vertices) in the solid skin tool.

Thank you

Hello Antoine

The match vertices option turns on/off the ACIS vertex matching algorithm which ensures that all profiles consist of the same number of edges. Profile edges are then internally split where additional vertices are needed.

This does not have to do with maintaining a vertical slope. I believe what you are seeing is the skinning algorithm blending between different profile heights. I suspect you are wanting a sweep vs skin behavior.

Regards

Tim
