Bonjour,

Description du problme:
CU est-il capable de lier une courbes sur une surface bomb©e, tout en gardant le lien des normales de cette mme surface?

Exemples d'application:
Mitraillages, sertissage de pierres sur bijoux, distribution de pierres le long d'une trajectoire sur une surface bomb©e, etc.

Ci.dessous:
4 exemples.
1- dessin d'une courbe sur une surface avec: l'outil/palette splines/splines-surface.
2- projection d'une courbe sur la surface avec: l'outil/projection.
3- explosion d'une arrte g©n©r©e par le biais de l'affichage d'une ligne isoparam©trique/palette infos objet/affichage/1V

Puis: distribution d'un volume sur une trajectoire/duppliquer-trajectoire.

Pour exemple:
certains logiciels de conception en bijouterie ont une fonction: lier la courbe au support.

CU as-t'il cette fonction cach©e quelque part? ou le moteur ACIS ne le permet tout simplement pas?
Cela serait ©tonnant, ©tant donn© que CU propose un outil de perage (frais©, lam©) performant et qu'il sait reconna®tre les normales, perages sur sphres et autres sans problme.

my suggestion for a new tool or fonction?

attach the spline with the surface support.

because, the raison: the spline twist

Hi Antoine,

I can see/understand what you are attempting, but, for such a function you would require an "Array along surface" or similar. So I think this is a limitation with the alignment.
