Variable lead helix (#3510)

Say you want to draw a helix has a draft angle and then this helix is swept to resemble a spring. With no load this spring shall have a constant lead. Suppose this spring then is being compressed and you want to draw it in this state, then that spring would have to have a variable lead since the smaller diameter end would be stiffer. My suggestion is simply: add the variable lead parameter!
