The red grouped profile counts as 5 elements (4 conics + 1 group). It should be just 1. Bug #2 : stitch the surfaces destroys the red group. Transformed to 4 original conic elements. Bug #3 : get back to the grouped red profile, rebuild the surfaces (cover + guide cover with green arcs). stitch by selecting all. The red group just disappear. It get stitched with the surfaces... I could replicate that many times. Fixed in 990. When you select an item to stitch, it will turn it off what you selected after a successful stitch. I now check that it is a valid item to stitch. (I suspect you selected the group with four conics to stitch into a solid along with the surfaces.) Tim

Objects within a group no longer count as an item in the layer manager, follows counting logic in Inspector. Tim
