Cover surface closes the profiles, skin lofts between them. What's the issue?

Bug Confirmed. However, if you scale it by 10, skin solid and skin surface work. Something to do with the scale. You can always scale down for quick fix although it needs fixing.

It is now working fine.
Thans Tim.
Minor detail : the edge doesn't display correctly, even with highest resolution.
