Is there any way to stop or limit the screen refreshes or something to smooth it out? when you are moving text or drawn objects around on top of imported pictures. When you pick up and move text or lines the screen is flashing like a disco ball. Its hard to see when the screen is flashing so much.

Yeh, sometimes i feel like I wanna "fly robin fly... up into the sky" when vista starts lagging...
