I get smart dimension to work fine on lines and arcs, but it does not work on solids

When i dimension a solid with smart dimension it works fine but when i decrease or increase the size of the solid the dimension does change automatically

Angular Dimension(shift key) doesn't work in Smart Dimension...

No I am not using angular smart dimensions. If a draw a solid cube and smart dimension it then I increase the size of it the dimension does not update.
