Can someone who understands this, please post a Video Tutorial on how to sketch and constrain to the face of any solid?

Here is what the Shark FX v8 Manual Says: Although it says "Set Objects" and I don't have any such option/command in the menu.

According to the Chapter 29 - pg. 281:

Sketching on Faces
Punch! Shark FX supports the creation of sketches on the face of a solid. In this case, the sketch is dependent on the geometry of the face and updates as the face changes. This includes the ability for the sketch to change its orientation to match any changes of the face orientation.
Establishing a sketch on the face of a solid is accomplished by first setting the work plane to the face using the WorkPlane:Set Objects command located in the menu bar. The orientation and origin for the workplane define the sketch axis when constraints on the face are applied. The sketch on face remains active until the workplane is changed by the user.
Face edges can be used as references for sketches. Since these edges are defined by the solid and cannot be changed, they are marked as Locked. Horizontal and vertical references are relative to the sketch x and y axis, respectively.

I think that "set objects" is actually "select objects", and this orients the workplace to a selected face, that its a plane, so I don't think that it constrain the sketch to a curved face, (like an sphere or paraboloid), only the plane that it is set.
Also, using "c" key and snap to face constrain you can set a workplace perpendicular to the normal of the point on face of a curved surface.

Thanks Luis, noted but I find that you can constrain to the edges and corners of the face.

I think it will work if you mate the faces to each other.

"face on" snap option must be checked on snap window (window/snap) to allow snaps o any point of the surface.
