Build 664 RC.

When drawing a part and doing a model 2 sheet, all the default pens are set to ignore, hence resulting in an empty drawing (after very first launch).

Please set the defaults normally, and PLEASE let us change the default pens and save them in prefs for v4.4 or v5.

The default pen width currently is much too thick.
