Guys,
This object was made by extruding a path that was made with lines and circle parts then connected with "Join Curve". To the right are the circle pieces and lines.
I'm unable to blend the edges to round out the entire part (0.1" blend radius desired).
I suspect it's because the path is weird due to the way Join Curve modifies the curves, but I've never been able to get "Connect Curves" to work.
What am I missing??
Many Thanks in Advance..

Hi PRP
If you mirrored the profile it has overlaps if using the long line you have drawn as the mirror line.
You can also use the group command to group the lines and then extrude instead of join lines

Jason, Thanks! Never heard of grouping to extrude! I thought it had to be a closed path, so I expect grouping closes it. Any insights on "Connect Curve" tool? Even adjusting 'tolerance' doesn't seem to work. Regards, Paul

Or just extrude the lines and curves, as lines and curves. Un-grouped, and un-joined.
As Jason points out, it extremely important to not have any overlapping lines, or end points in your profile.

Thanks Nick, For others, I find first set workplane (C), then turn on 'Workplane' snaps. Still curious about "Connect curves" tool.

Connect , or join curves is useful when you are creating a path to extrude an object along, want to create a surface from a series of curves, or use a series of curves to cut an object or surface. Snap to work plane is an essential tool. So essential to my workflow that I have a short cut key set up. I use V as it is right next to the C key, so I can select the plane (C) and then lock to the plane (V).
