Below is a quicktime movie blending a challenging part. Years ago this used to be a test part for blending because of the degenerative point and feature interaction.

Here is the original part if you would like to explore blending and chamfering. I use a 0.18 inch blend on this part.

This was the demo that sold me on Concepts, the rounding/blending is just amazing!
