can't export SLT ViaCAD2D/3D 9.0 - the ok button is not active

When i export the ok button on the last WIndows where i can adjust the facettes.

So i export as a slt, them i can write the name and the save path. Then the new windwos wit the facette setup is comming.
I can change the settings but the OK and the aktualisation is not aktive and i can't close this.

I have a VErsion on a other PC there i can open the same Model and can save it whitout Problems.

Now i update to V9 but there is the same problem

does this affect every document on this system, i.e. what happens if you open a new document, create a sphere primitive and export to STL?

avoid file path beyond 250 chars and a path containing special characters as e.g. the German 'Umlauts' (äöüÄÖÜß).

If you change one of the slider values, does the Ok/Update buttons highlight?

so i design a easy cube and export this. same problem. i can change any sliders nothing happens.
when i do the same on my mac there is working

Would it be possible for you upload the file you are working with? If the cube is already a mesh, it will not remesh.

The file looks fine, I checked on a couple of PC versions.

If you click on STL facets, does the Ok button wake up?

Also, what build version do you have? Perhaps we should make sure you are on the most current version. I think the first German build was 1104 and we have newer build available.

On one PC i have the V8 Biult 984 engl. and on one the V9.

Both make the same Problem
on the MAC there is V8.0.3 Build:1017

I'm not sure why that is happening. I'm wondering if a newer build will help. I've sent a German ViaCAD 2D3D 9 build 1144 to Encore's QA team to review. Once they pass it, let's see if we can get you the update.
