Hi,
I am trying to make a drawing using ViaCAD 9 2D/3D. I export the drawing and was getting jagged edges (similar to what was on the viacad program) that makes the image quality look bad. Is there any way to minimize or eliminate the jagged edges. It is important for patent drawing where the edges has to be smooth. I have attached a simple drawing for example. I am using very-fine resolution , but saw the same thing with super fine resolution also.
Thank you,
Mohit

What format are you exporting the drawing to? What is the final format you need the drawing to be in?
Also what is the line thickness you are using?

You need to orient that figure properly since it is not a true isometric view. I normally print stuff at .002" since patents are like second or third generation which builds up pixilation anyways.

Thank you for your replies. I am using jpg for this image. The format is not a issue as I saw it in different formats. The line I think was 4 pixels. The image is just an example to show the jagged edges. For the patent I will use true isometric.
