SharkFXv9 activation issues

I have just installed SharkFXv9 on a MacPro which is required to live its life off line (for security reasons). I connected the computer temporarily to the internet to perform the activation, which was successful. When I disconnected the network cable, I was back to 15 days evaluation licence. If I reconnected the network cable again, the software was activated again without having to go through the process again. Is this how it is supposed to be? After all, I did not change any hardware. I did try the encore support, but the question was not in the data base, and I could not find any support form to fill out. They wrote that a form would appear at the end of the support request process, but none came. Any help is appreciated. Best regards, Kjell

Hello Kjell
Once activated, Shark should not need to access the internet again. Contacting tech support is a good idea, use the link below to access tech support.

Oh, I realize now that I didn't look for the ViaCad support form. I'll contact them and see what happens. Thanks, Kjell
