Thanks Antoine! I'm excited about the PowerPack repair and simplify profile tools. The guys at Dassault/Spatial created an API that attempts to repair gaps and overlaps which is key to this PowerPack tool. On top of this we created some procedures to simplify segments into curves. We especially see this with CAD data imported from DXF and Windows fonts.
Because it can modify geometry, I've created it as separate tool for PowerPack. I'm always apprehensive about modifying geometry unless the designer is involved with the decision.
Tim

Nice tool Tim ... but you're right.....it's a danger. But when the gap is about .001" or .002" it's not a big problem for the original geometry intention.
This feature is in the actual build (1168) ?

That is a neat tool Tim, It always annoyed me when I had to chase down gaps. Often they are very small like your profile example, but annoying because previously I had to remember where they were, and then zoom in the middle to see them. make good, try the extrude tool again, and zoom out to the next one. Thank you Mike
