How do I change Y in top view from Y line up = toward front to Y line back

I am using punchCAD 2D/3D ver 8.03 for Mac. When I open a new drawing the default work plane is TOP (that's OK) When I draw a line in the Y plane, the top of the line defaults to the FRONT of the line orientation. That is to say the top of the screen is away from me and the bottom of the screen is toward mi. I want to change that so the bottom of the screen would be closest to me and the top would be away from me. I'm new to this and I would appreciate any help. Thank You Rick

I think you are going to have to be more specific on what you are after. You said "the top of the screen is away from me and the bottom of the screen is toward me"; then "I want to change so that the bottom of the screen would be closest and the top would be away from me." Either I've completely missed something or you are saying the same thing? The top of the screen is away, but you want it to be away? Are you talking about the line direction?
