Is there any CAD software that will do automatic sheet to model modelling?

Most of them do it Bill.
Many have the function as an add-on, for instance Design Spark Mechanical is free but I think they charge around £750 for the model to sheet add-on.

Unlikely. If it worked, it would cost big. Intersecting x,y,z ortho views will give you a rough parent body, but while sheet layouts have some standardization on things like plan and elevation, US and European disagree on 1st view and 3rd view projection, so details would probably not be interpreted the same way, differences too in sections, line weights and other things. The skunk works of Dassault Systemes, Siemens and everybody else probably have speculative programs trying to achieve it, but CAD jockeys haven't been relegated to history yet. I've got an appreciation for Luddism when it comes to that.

I was thinking the price was in £ when it is $795, there are a couple of interesting videos on their page, they all do it and most are much more powerful these days, just search Design Spark Mechanical add-on modules.

Thanks. That's what I guess would be the case.

Yes Antoine, you're right !
Model to Sheet can do fantastic job... with ultra fantastic amount of work.
Most of the time is spent in solving software issues and bugs !
- Hatches bugs
- units, fonts, dimensions, tolerances changing
- Layouts, views, ...
- Regen, links,...

+1

And the pen style are really obsolete.

Personally I avoid now provide technical drawings, because it is a real pain and loss of time due to bugs and malfunctions.

Tim plz. try the style palette for VectorWorks software.
Direct and live changes features style are a real pleasure.

Thank you.
