I ask this in the beta when Tim publish that there on Monday will be a SP for shark users. I don't understand why the SP is not for VCP users too. The latest beta 1204 is only for shark?

i think powerpack users can ask by private mail for a vcp version:

Encore asked that we prioritize our resources to providing a service pack release for ViaCAD and Shark.
By not having to support an open beta for ViaCAD Pro PowerPack Pro we hope to get the ViaCAD/Shark service pack out faster and then focus on V10.
