I am making a post bugel horn, where the solid will follow the closed U shaped curves on the helix and will overlap each other. But I get the warning it's self-intersecting and can't be executed. With the Pipe tool I can tick allow self-intersecting, but not with the Skin Solid tool. Is there a way to do this?
