Hi
I am new to ViaCAD 2D/3D and am wondering why the straight line tool will no draw a horizontal line on a grid line. If you remove the grid it works ok and it will also work on an area which is not on a grid line. It also works on 45 degree angles. When you select the single line tool and position the cursor on a grid point and click it, the x appears there and then when you select another point on the grid and click it, an x appears but no line. Is there a setting which tells this control not to work on the grid?? I have the latest version of Windows10 on my computer.

Thanks
JimK

Thanks Theo

I did as you suggested but I still have the same problem. I tried playing a'round with the buttons and the unchecked 3 items without success.

Maybe I should download and reinstall the program and try again!!

Regards
