Sony have released their Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 compact phones, with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor and 4Gb RAM, and a 19 Mpixel camera, and the thing 3D scans and produces an .obj onboard. Not released or even teased for release here in Australia yet, but it was due in September in the US. Pretty damned cool.
