I am running ViaCad Pro 10 build 1354 on a Mac with High Sierra 10.13 .

The precision point tool does what it is supposed to for absolute and relative coordinates but does nothing for the options of distance along entity or percent along entity. Moving the cursor shows the usual things like mid and endpoints, on line etc. but no snap points for the targets entered in the precision point dialog.
