Hi,

My Shark Pro 9 is crashing with the latest MacOS High Sierra upon opening on my 2014 Mac Pro.

I'm not upgrading to Shark Pro 10 and I have years of work saved in Shark format.

What can I do to make my Shark Pro 9 work with MacOS High Sierra?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Mark

the system requirements of Shark v9 did not cover operating system of the future as e.g. macOS v10.13 'High Sierra', not adhering to them might lead to undesired issues.

Either upgrade to a Shark version whose system requirements do cover the operating system you are using or simply use your Shark version 9 with a supported operating system.

Thank you, I was afraid that might be the case.
